The lockdown in March, felt like I was given a gift of time. Working in that limbo, with many insecurities but also support from friends and funding organisations, I found intense concentration.
I feel there is a new need for materiality and physical presence as touch is being compromised due to Covid-19. While working mainly with photography and video over the past years, I started working on new sculptures again.
