1/ Right of cancellation
You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of your purchase and before the order has been shipped. If you cancel your order, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional charges arising from your choice of alternative delivery methods, which are not offered by us)
For products that are produced individually per order such as original prints, the buyer will be charged for the production costs. This means that we will reimburse you for all payments minus production costs that have been made before cancellation of the order.
Reimbursement will be effective immediately, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your order cancellation. Unless expressly agreed with you otherwise, we will use the same method of payment used by you in the original transaction to process the refund.

In the case goods are damaged during shipping you must provide us with a proof of damage of the packaging and/or the goods. Return the goods to us in the original packaging and use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
